We are looking for a Finance and Controlling Manager 

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree 
• Min. 10 years of experience in controlling, finance and accounting preferably in a multinational company 
• IFRS knowledge and Big4 audit background will be a big plus
• SAP knowledge is preferred 
• High affinity to IT systems 
•  Excellent command of English, both written and verbal 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel 
• Very analytical, initiative and hands-on profile with strong communication, presentation and time management skills 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to CFO 
• Support the departments in finance, reporting and business issues 
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, budget, cash flow, management and ad-hoc reports 
• Responsible for monthly closing 
•  Process modeling of project management and participation in cross-functional projects 
• Continuous development of the internal reporting system and the results monitoring process as a management tool, establish modern planning and reporting approaches 
• Analysis according to IFRS, Local GAAP and Tax and design, and create appropriate templates and solutions for testing, documentation and quality checks
