Development Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are seeking a “Development Quality Assurance Supervisor” for Quality Assurance Department in our production plant in Sakarya / Hendek.

·         University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics) Department

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

·         Excelent command of English (interviews will be conducted in English)

·         Strongly creative with an analytical mind , result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic

·         Playing an active role in projects and have the requisite self-discipline to follow up timetables, make priorities and meet deadlines.

·         The ability to react efficiently to occurring changes and problems.

·         Good knowledge of MS office programs

·         Have an analytical mindset with a strong technical interest and good understanding of analysis tools and methods.

·         No restriction for travel in and out of country

·         Completed military service for male candidate

·         Driving licence (class B)

·         Living or able to live in Sakarya

Job Description

·         Discuss test criteria, possible problems, root causes, and confirm possible countermeasures. This in close cooperation with Procurement, Supplier and Product Development Department

·         Active participation and reporting (status & result) in the Quality review meetings.

·         Closely cooperate with our main part suppliers to setup the needed parts testing and critically evaluate the results

·         Determine your own work-plan autonomously while taking the global planning into account.

·         Discuss your interim results with the stakeholders, make diagnoses and ensure the setting up and implementation of action plans

·         Equally important is your role as contact person between QA and other departments such as Procurement & EDC (R&D Center) whereby you will acquire a good insight to the whole Daikin Development process.

·         Coordinate the job of your subordinates.
