JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct domestic and international plant visits, audits, improvement, and upgrade projects
• Perform heat and mass balance calculations, bottleneck analyses, and evaluate equipment performance
• Carry out literature reviews on existing and emerging Technologies
• Prepare detailed project reports
• Develop pricing and comprehensive technical offers for clients
• Oversee the commissioning of equipment and systems

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent departments from reputable universities
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cement, ceramics, or mineral processing industry (preferred)
• Good knowledge of cement process literature is an asset
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus)
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and clarity in expressing ideas
• Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
