We are looking for candidates who will be leading the operations putting customer first, being agile and driving results by acting as one team in order to elevate “Godiva Shopping and Café Experience”.

“Operation Manager” will be responsible formanaging stores, all the retail and cafe operations in Turkeywith full P&L responsibility, besides providing support and leadership to the teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure top & bottom line achievement as per AOP in all retail and café operations, production facilities and franchise operations in Turkey with full P&L responsibility
• Leverage “Godiva Shopping and Café Experience”, by ensuring full conformity with Godiva Operational Standards and enhancing the operational excellence beyond targets and expectations prioritizing guest approach.  
• Ensure full compliance with Godiva Operational Safety and Health, QA, Mystery Shopper and Training standards.
• Conduct all LL relations including new store agreements and renewals in order to obtain and provide the most favorable conditions for Godiva Turkey.
• Coordinate and execute all activities related to growth and expansion opportunities, seasonal or temporary store/kiosk openings, store relocations and closures.
• Personally manage new store opening processes end to end, from site evaluation stage to agreement with LL, procurement and construction processes.
• Manage all the online food delivery and digital sales made via retail and café operations.
• Plan and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure that ALL stores in Turkey adhere to Environmental, Employment and Business Laws and Regulations.
• Ensure consistent application of brand operating and visual standards
• Execute S&OP process at retail & café level assuring “0” O&E stock.
• Manage and coordinate new product launches and menu engineering & developments.
• Monitor SKU rationalization process for a more profitable and efficient operation.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthy, quarterly and annual reports timely and efficiently as per global and regional calender.

 Job Requirements:

• Gastronomical taste and love for chocolate is a must.
• The leader should be farsighted,  eager to surpass sales targets by ensuring a flawless operation and able to micro-manage when necessary, hands-on, cost-conscious at every level and driving upside at the bottom line.
• Business and/or food service/hotel management Bachelor’s Degree desirable
• MBA preferred
• Analytical skills, “can do” attitude with positive intent and “thinking outside the box” is a must.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must;
• 8+ years experience in F&B, Retail and business development of premium brand(s)
• Experience in Store development – New stores initiatives & Business development in non-store channels with new initiative
• Digital literacy and having an omni channel approach to elevate the sales potential.
• Inventory and Stock Management
• Financial analysis and P&L responsibility
• Extensive experience of people management and high leadership skills.
• Ability to manage relationships at all business levels and work across cultures.
