As Operational Environmental Management Systems Executive (Lüleburgaz) you are responsible for 360-degree environmental field management approaches and developing Danone's factories for wastewater, waste operation, water, and energy efficiencies in accordance with local regulations and Danone aspects with the support of the factories' teams. Furthermore, the role will be fully accountable for Wastewater treatment plants in order to comply with the regulations and rules. In the context of your job and you will report to Head of Water Resources.

In this role you will / will be:

• Oversee field practice and make development program for hazardous
• Maintain management information systems that identify the location of hazardous and complaint investigations
• Develop and recommend solutions to eliminate pollution and environmental hazards
• Design and implement effective employee and site training programs
• Implement spill prevention programs and hazardous waste regulations
• Develop and perform advanced environmental operation models for each factory
• Accountability on Wastewater Treatment Plants against local laws

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have / be:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• WWTP certificate of B class (minimum 3 years of experience), preferably A class (5 years of experience), in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and programs
• Aptitude to solve problems quickly with advanced conflict resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
• Outstanding analytical abilities
• Able or willing to reside in Lüleburgaz
