Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Growth Strategy Executive" position in Dairy & Plant Based categories. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role you will:

• Leverage market data (nielsen) and reserarch data to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities
• Category forecast studies by using all related data (Nielsen,IMS and other data source)
• Obtaining & Initiating growth actions with data driven mindset & align with sales&marketing teams
• Use of data resources summarizing and providing key business insights that enable informed decisions critical to business growth
• Convey in-depth market analysis both for local and global market data and recommendations via presentations and written reports
• Analyzing global and local industry based reports and supporting portfolio management decisions,
• Contributing to the feasibility studies of the pipeline for the innovations & business explorations
• Developing new systems and tools which will support effective new product evaluation and project tracking across organization.
• Supporting Topline Growth meetings with Sales&Trade Marketing Teams
• Work in coordination with global S&I Community to bring outside in and also make Turkey known with its best practices in S&I.
• To provide know how on relevant in-depth market analysis tools opportunities
• Implement & deploy business Intelligence platform& tools & analysing methods etc, to be a synthesis of internal and external data from Nielsen, IMS, etc. to reduce complexity within the organisation to be continously and automatically fed with business insights and clear and actionable inputs by ensuring all available information is generated to support business needs
• Project partner in cross-functional business cases like Accelaration Plans, Downsizing, Price-up

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• Strong academic record from a reputable university, with business administration or industrial engineering backgrounds (MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus)
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Solid analytical skills
• High attention to details, drive for superior results
• Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• High dedication, commitment and flexibility
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Profound knowledge of marketing models, valuation techniques and data analysis (sensitivity, scenario, etc.)
