QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DB Tarımsal Enerji, which began trial production in 2007 and obtained a Biodiesel Processing License from EPDK in the same year, has a production capacity of 100 thousand metric tons of biodiesel and 10 thousand metric tons of refined glycerin per year with its technology-intensive production methods in İzmir Torbalı.

DB Tarımsal Enerji has been conducting its activities for 17 years with the understanding of efficient use of natural resources, circular economy, and social responsibility awareness.Continuing its activities with the aim of 24/7 production and manages all processes with international quality standards.

In 2022, with the membership of the Sustainable Development Association, it is aimed to increase cooperation with the business world in our country's transition to a low-carbon economy.

Our company, which has been operating with sustainable energy and environmentally friendly approaches is looking for an energetic “Sales Executive” to shape the future together.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in national and international sales, supply management, preferably chemistry or energy sector.
  • Skilled in decision-making & negotiation, with strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics,
  • Fluency both in written and verbal English,
  • Advanced communication skills,
  • Strategic planning, coordinating and problem-solving abilities,
  • Flexible, co-operative, result oriented and self-motivated,
  • Able to travel (domestical & international).
  • No military obligation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify key market segments and opportunities for growth. Implement effective sales tactics to penetrate new markets and increase market share.

Lead Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Proactively address customer concerns and inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Prospect and Acquire New Customers: Identify potential customers and market segments for expansion. Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities. Develop targeted sales pitches and presentations to engage prospective clients. Lead negotiations and finalize contracts to secure new business partnerships.

Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge and drive business growth.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review. Analyze sales data to evaluate performance against targets and objectives. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps or challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as production, logistics and finance to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
