Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 6 years of total work experience,
• Having served as a Scrum Master for at least 1 year,
• Preferably having experience in the Jira program,
• Preferably having a PSM 1 certificate,
• Preferably have coaching or agile coaching training or certification,
• Have strong communication and coordination skills,
• To be willing and proactive in identifying problems, identifying them, providing continuous improvement solutions and encouraging the team for this approach.

Basic Functions:

• Having adopted the agile way of working and all the principles of working.
• Mentoring teams by applying problem solving techniques to spread agile values throughout the company.
• Carrying out the necessary communication and coordination activities with all levels of the organization for agile transformation.
• Creating new teams and coaching teams until they reach a maturity that will ensure their own governance.
• To increase awareness of agile methodology, to check the team's movements december regular intervals, to take action on problems and shortcomings.
• To develop agile approach solutions for operations management and project management problems.
• Identify organizational problems and take action to solve them by raising awareness.
• To support the team and the organization for effective measurement of efficiency and performance.
• To organize need-oriented trainings about agile methodology throughout the organization.
• Coaching Product Owner, Scrum Master, Chapter Lead, Tribe Lead roles within a structured program.
