Qualifications: 

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in audit processes,
• Good knowledge of reporting skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent MS Office and reporting tools skills,
• Experienced in team management,
• Experienced in retail business dynamics,
• Knowledge of international internal audit standards and professional practices,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross functional relationships,
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills,
• No travel restrictions, having driver's license and able to drive actively.

 Basic Functions:

• Carrying out audits in order to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of all online and offline sales channels in accordance with the company standards and targets,
• Performing compliance checks to stores and online channels regarding to legal regulations,
• Carrying out examination, investigation and audit activities requested apart from the annual audit plan,
• Developing and implementing retail audit procedures and enhancing the systems,
• Performing periodic follow-ups and reporting of the action plans determined for the findings determined in line with the audits in the central departments and stores,
• Performing trainings to audit team and other partners.
