Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree preferably in engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in project management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2 etc.) is a plus

• Experienced in all project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,

• Valid driving license (B) and no obstacle for traveling.

• Passionate to work with multiple departments

• Critical thinker, a data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• An experienced planner, with strong cross-team coordination and multitasking skills

• Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment

• Minimum 3 years of experience in feasibility preparation and evaluation,

• Experience in project management and performance (KPI) measurement,

• Understanding of basic financial tables and terms,

Job Description:

• Support the organization in meeting its strategic objectives by helping select the right projects based on strategic alignment and business case and supporting project requestors in their feasibility studies,

• Monitor and measure the actualized tangible and intangible gains from each project, after the project is completed,

• Defining project goals, developing a project plan, building agile project teams, tracking project performance

• Carrying out studies related to the follow-up of all the projects of the company, leading the pre-assessment phase for all project requests coming from different functions, and prioritizing projects considering strategic priorities,

• Conduct benchmark studies to improve the company’s business case development and project management processes

• Doing feasibility preparation and cost-benefit analysis when In the business case work in the project

• Following the budget, time, and milestones of all major the projects of the company and supporting the project managers,

• In line with the strategic priorities of the institution, planning the IT capacity according to the priority works, providing holistic follow-up, generating value and action

• Monitoring the compliance of the portfolio with the targets, ensuring transparent traceability and information sharing

• To ensure the follow-up and coordination of the projects for which it is responsible.

• Taking part in agile teams as an agile coach and scrum master

• Generating alternative solutions to improve project management processes

• To collaborate on work follow-up with the relevant departments and/or teams in the realization of the project steps

• Managing, measuring and improve the portfolio, programs, and projects with the dimensions of strategy, priorities, dependencies, and risks

• Identifying support requirements for process excellence; being responsible for coordinating the entire life cycle of the project, from the idea to the value creation phase.
