Qualifications: 


  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with engineering or a comparable education on UX or marketing studies
  • 4-5 years of experience working within user experience and coversion optimization projects
  • Experienced in using Google Analytics, Big Query,Google Optimize and big data analysing
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English


Responsibilities: 


  • Working as a multidiciplinary team and innovative projects: Product Development, Marketing  Business Development and UI Design Teams
  • Monitoring the shopping funnel and customer experince regularly.
  • Creating & analyzing & reporting funnels to get deep insights in key metrics by understanding of customer behavior 
  • Analysing and mapping User Experience of Customer Journey with user tests, A-B testing focus groups and data mining.
  • Figuring out the improvement areas of customer experience and shopping funnel.
  • Manage a Midweight UX/UI Designer, supporting their development and growth.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing, CRM ,Category & Business Analytics , SEO team and the development team to ensure design ideas are achievable, building development considerations into your decisions.
  • Management and organization of the study; drafting of the facilitation guide, collection and reporting of insights
