Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Proactively supervise and mentor engagement teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Take initiative in identifying and resolving complex audit issues. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Ensure compliance with professional standards and Deloitte policies. Contribute to business development and identify growth opportunities within the banking sector.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Professional qualification: ACCA or an equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of external audit experience (Big Four preferred).
• High degree of self-motivation and strong career aspiration.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to work in a team and supervise staff effectively.
• Advanced computer skills, with the ability to use audit and financial software efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
