We are seeking for high potential candidates to be evaluated with the following qualifications;

University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting/Finance,

2-3 years experienced in Credit Control,

Proven track record of good knowledge in accounting,

Good command of English both written and spoken,

Preferably a basic knowledge of IFRS in order to support reporting,

Familiarity with data entry and analysis,

Excellent teamwork, organization and communication skills,

Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail,

Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact,

Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.

Roles&Responsibilities

Check customer’s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements.

Negotiate payment plans with customers and set up loan terms and conditions.

Maintain accurate records of loans, analyze the effectiveness of the company’s credit control system and implement changes to improve profitability and reduce bad debts.

Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices.

Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the Client.

Operates finance and accounting solutions that strengthen compliance and improve efficiency.

The role will be offered initially on a 6 month Fixed Term contract.
