Since then, we have become one of Europe’s top B2B & B2C Service companies, supporting and helping to grow companies in the energy sector and beyond.Delta Research is made up of a dedicated, multinational team with wide experience in a range of data processing, telemarketing and business support activities, with a special emphasis on CRM.
We’re looking for competent
Customer Service staff
to respond to customer requests in different languages during our office hours.This is exclusively for the support of existing customers and prospects. (No acquisition, no sales and no cold calls).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Process customer calls and written customer requests.
- Help and advise our existing customers.
- Follow-up customer service issues.
- Coordinate customer service requests between our different teams.
- Reach established objectives and KPIs.
- Individual consultation of existing customers.
- Careful data collection / care.
- Post-processing and documentation of customer requests.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- Ideally, a completed, commercial education.
- Good, oral and written expressiveness.
- Independent and responsible attitude.
- Experience in customer contact and ability to gain initial experience in telephone customer support.
- Fluent German and/or English (company language).
- French and/or Dutch would be an advantage.
- Service-oriented appearance.
- A wide PC user knowledge.
