QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Medical Training Specialist (Audiologist) for our Marketing team who will:

• Develop and lead the implementation of Medical Strategy in line with business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage Medical Roadmap including medico-marketing activities for B2B, B2C, and HCP/KOLs.
• Define KOL and HCP segmentation including ENT Doctors and Audiologists, build relations, and execute regular visits, and detailing to establish strong brand awareness and positioning.
• Work with Global and Local Technical and Medical teams, prepare new technology launches and product presentations, and execute comprehensive training for internal teams and sales force.
• Build and lead differentiated medical projects to support marketing strategies and brand positioning among key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute round table meetings, presentations, and congress activities.
• Develop and review training and marketing materials, presentations, and all relevant communication materials from a medical perspective.
• Prepare competitor reports, product reviews, clinical trials, and whitepaper summaries and report to Management regularly.
• Be the spokesperson of the company in medical and product presentations and medico-marketing communications. Represent Demant in medical communities and NGOs.
• Follow up latest scientific developments in Audiology, review literature and industry news regularly, and report to Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams i.e. Regulatory, Technical Service, Sales, Training Teams, etc. to ensure compliance with SOPs and coordination on projects.

The following qualifications are required and preferred:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Audiologist, Audiology Training Specialist, or relevant positions in the Hearing Health industry.
• Graduation from a reputable university in Audiology.
• Advanced command of verbal and written English,
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
