International Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring new customers, managing the entire sales cycle, and maintaining regular reporting to support our international growth targets.

Job Description:

• Identify and contact potential clients in target markets,
  
• Manage all stages of the international sales process (prospecting, quotation, order closing),
  
• Monitor all activities from order receipt to delivery
• Maintain regular follow-up and communication with prospective and existing customers,
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports,
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction,
  
• Participate in international fairs and client visits when necessary.
  

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university (preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or similar fields),
  
• Strong command of English (written and spoken),
  
• Knowledge of a second and third foreign language is a plus,
  
• Minimum of 2 years of international sales experience, preferably in the marble or natural stone industry,
  
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and close sales,
  
• Strong skills in reporting and organization,
  
• Proficient in MS Office programs and CRM tools,
  
• Holds a valid B-class driver’s license and drives actively,
  
• Willing to travel internationally,
  
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Izmir,
