We are looking for a Project Manager with the following qualifications to work atDemiroren Media.

Roles and Responsibilities;

• Supports Transformation Portfolio Leader to drive the transformation agenda through effective stakeholder engagement and communications,

• Monitors and reports the implementation status (including KPIs, financial impacts, etc.) in collaboration with the stakeholders,

• Responsible for coordination and follow up of project realization (control and supervision of project preparation and implementation incl. follow-up activities) during the entire lifecycle of the projects,

• Contribution to the evaluation process (cost, schedule, technical content, etc.) of identified development ideas during the Business Plan preparation,

• Ability to identify risks and issues early that affect margin and schedule. Resolves issues and escalates as required,

• Develops and guides project/program solution plans for complex projects or programs,

• Keep internal PM system up to date based on project progress, realizations and milestones.

Skills and Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred,

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management and strategy (PMP Certificate is a plus)Additionally, Scrum Master/Agile Leader Certification is an advantage,

• Experience with project managements and reporting tools (e.g., MS Projects, Microsoft TFS, Jira and/or Microsoft Power BI),

• MS Office knowledge is highly desirable,

• Having result-oriented approach,

• Strong communication skills,

• Good written communication skills,

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
