For our plant in Gebze we are searching for new ambitious candidates:

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, 
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry or at a relevant position in production environment, 
• Fluency in both spoken and written English,
• Qualified knowledge and practical experience in MS-Office applications,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli - Gebze,
• Ability to manage multiple projects involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines,
• Strong customer-focused orientation,
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work co-operatively in a multinational operating organization,
• High level of personal responsibility, hardworking and able to self-manage and take initiative,
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills,
• No travel obstacles.

İŞ TANIMI

• Involve in ''New Product Introduction'' activities regarding new projects or model changes and support all related departments.
• Make preparation for customer audits and periodical meetings regarding new projects.
• Issue, maintain and control of engineering drawings.
• Control and coordinate engineering design changes in order to enable all related departmants to meet implementation dates.
• Prepare and issue the first product parts list and propose for the sourcing of the parts.
• Support related departments for the improvements in process quality and productivity.
• Responsible for machine installations,
• Prepare and update process flow, PCP, P-FMEA and line layout.
• Prepare and update regularly new projects related documents as per customer requirements.
