Dental Centre Turkey has years of experience in helping patients get the best possible treatment at the best possible price by travelling to Turkey for their dental treatment. We are looking for new team members to interact with patients via inbound phone calls and social media communications by providing information and assistance to reach their treatment goals. The main responsibilities of this role include answering questions, checking patient appointments, arranging airport and hotel transfers, managing urgent patient matters, and following up with other daily issues. The position replies to different levels of incoming inquiries and requires basic computer knowledge to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot patient questions.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking to recruit the suitable candidates who,

- have an ADVANCED understanding of written and spoken English

- have effective communication skills via telephone in English

- have ability to work a fixed or rotational shift schedule with the following shifts:

08:00 – 17:00

12:00 – 21:00

19:30 – 03:00

- have analytical thinking skills

- have a natural ability to conduct research and investigation

- have a good knowledge of using Outlook and Word

- have active listening skills

- display a level professionalism and organisational capabilities

-be a good team player
