As a Maintenance Engineer with a focus on our manufacturing facility as a problem identifier and solver to make a difference in the lives of our users. You will be involved in developing and improving our production facility which includes mixing, processing and packaging machines as well as a purification and processing facility at Wellspect, Kahramankazan, Ankara.

Responsibilities:

·         Monitoring the electrical preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling work activities to ensure safe and efficient application of procedures by using Preventive Maintenance module and implementation of optimal electrical maintenance

·         Ensuring that all documentation is completed in maintenance management system correctly such as the log, outlining the fault, method of repair and the time, labor and materials used

·         Managing the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action to ensure plant availability, thereby minimizing downtime

·         Developing and promoting a condition based preventive maintenance culture on day to day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analysis, breakdown analysis and finding solutions to reduce reactive maintenance

·         Performing routine checks on work undertaken by technicians to ensure the required levels of quality are being met and within agreed budget forecasts

·         Preparing technical specifications (CR, URS, RFI etc.) for the machines and equipment in the scope of projects and investments

·         Keeping track of KPI's (Downtime/Unit energy consumptions etc.) in responsibility areas

·         Organizing and supervising the subcontractors by means HSE precautions in the plant and supported work permit process

·         Organization of blue collar workers in maintenance workshop

·         Managing necessary spare parts and maintenance consumables with purchasing&stocking responsible

·         Following and reporting on plant sustainability targets and to lead energy efficiency projects

Background / Qualifications:

·         An academic background, preferably in Electrical / Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering required with at least 5 or more years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer

·         Knowledge of downtime analysis and practical knowledge of problem solving tools

·         Knowledge of maintenance management methods, of predictive inspection tools

·         Team work and effective collaboration skills

·         Experience in auxiliary facilities (Boilers, Compressors, HVACs, Water Treatment Systems etc.) is a plus

·         Experience in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, TIA Portal,  SolidWorks etc.)

·         Knowledgeable in CMMS

·         Experience work in ATEX Environment is a plus

·         Experience in Medical Devices environment is a plus

·         Documentation and communication skills in English
