As we continue to grow, we're looking for a *Junior Guest Experience Executive* who is passionate about hospitality and eager to build a career in one of the fastest-growing sectors in tourism.

*A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a closely related field is a mandatory requirement for this position. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.*
Your Responsibilities
* Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and personalized support.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
* Handle guest requests and resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Monitor reservations, arrivals, departures, and operational schedules.
* Assist in maintaining listing quality and operational standards across all properties.
* Collect guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
* Support day-to-day operational tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Mandatory).*
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
* Previous internship or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
