QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- To arrange end to end outbound OFR operations.
- Sends offer, collects booking confirmation and provides information flow among all stakeholders including invoicing with.
- To take GP responsibility on file basis.
- To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions.
- To keep customer satisfaction at highest level.
- Works in line with SOP’s and COP’s prepared for related customer
- To take commercial responsibility for assisgned customers by.
- Interacts with OCC & PCM, Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required.
- Perform tasks as per OFR Team Leader’s instructions
- Works in line with DHL rules and standards
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on ocean freight operations
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good use of Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.
- Customer focused, excellent team player.
- Rigorous, careful and solution focused
- No military service obligation for male candidates
Preferred Candidate
More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
