• Bachelor's degree from Finance, Economy, or other related departments of universities
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of tax audit, preferably in the leading companies (4 big) of the Consulting and Auditing sector
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Having SMMM certificate
• Experience in ERP program and systems, preferably experience in project / process development in this field
• Researcher,open to learning, strong analytical skills and solution-oriented
• No military obligation for male candidates 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Performing monthly accounting control, reconciliation and closing operations
• Control of financial tables prepared monthly and recommending corrections to the accounting team.
• Reviewing accounting control checklists and master data on Oracle system
  
• Performing financial controls of contracts in terms of tax and accounting
  
• Gaining the view of the Certified Public Accountant on the tax and accounting issues and providing the implementation of the required changes within the scope of the relevant regulations
• Defining internal control steps related to accounting processes, reviewing and redesigning processes and ensuring that the required changes are implemented in the Oracle system
• Designing and developing the reports needed for use in accounting and tax control process together with the IT team
• Initiating and following-up the certification process to be involved in the investment incentive program
• Initiating and following-up the application process to be involved in Turquality Brand Support Program
• Ensuring the necessary coordination in order to carry out the current account reconciliations regularly
• Developing new ideas and projects that will provide financial advantage and ensuring the implementation of related projects
