We are looking for talented teammates who are ready to make their story real!

IDEAL PROFILE: 

• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to write original promo scripts and develop creative concepts.
• Degree in cinema and televison or similar is a plus.
• Must be quick and capable of fast-turnaround  projects.
• Knowledge of After Effects and other graphics applications a plus.
• Strong understanding of  promo production workflow from beginning to the delivery both from a technical and artistic point of view.
• Must be a team player
• Must have excelent communication skills

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for developing, launching and directing on air campaigns for Channels.
• Managing in-house creative staff.
• Taking role in creating and developing brand image of Channels.
• Implementation and execution of creative briefs as per expected standards of delivery.
• Producing, if needed, promos, teasers and fillers for international use and/or adapting international promos or fillers for Turkey.
• Coordinating the teams for any further need of Programming and Marketing (Marketing reels, promo compilations, brand campaigns etc).
• Supervising the completion of all elements before sending them to air (gfx, audio, vo).
• Working in collaboration with the other producers of the on-air team. 
• Running audio sessions and overseeing voice-over-recordings.
