İWe are looking for a "Financial Planning and Analysis Manager" to be based in Maslak/ Istanbul. The position will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields; Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting,
• 6-8 years of similar experience in a related position,
• 3-5 years Big 4 audit experience is required,
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles,
• Hands-on experience on Consolidated Group Financial Statements,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels,
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills and interpret information gathered from a variety of sources,
• Knowledge of Management Reporting with strong/advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,
• SAP knowledge a plus,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the independent audit process and preparation of IFRS reports,
• Leading preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards,
• Review the monthly closing process to expedite monthly reporting procedures,
• Leading preparation of monthly Management Reports and other performance reports (historical results, KPIs, budget & forecast and detailed Management presentations) on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis,
• Follow up and report operational and financial KPI’s to top management on a timely basis,
• Responsible for working with the business functions to prepare strategic business plan and budget and periodical analysis of budget and forecast variances in comparison to actuals;
• Working on ad-hoc financial analysis requests from different business functions.
• Work directly with CFO to make data-backed strategic decisions.
