QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

1.  To ensure the safety of the ATS team by regular audits, following policies/regulations/standards and wherever required implementation of new methods/systems.

2.  Facilitate Change Management to ensure Safety and Quality.

3.  Implementation of company's policies and take the lead in complying with both the company's management & Local government rules and regulations.

4.  Implementation of Safety Group Standards.

5.  Production Plan adherence to ensure the OTD. While maitaing the targets of Customer PPM,waste generation, IPO etc.

6.  Manpower planning according to the production plan.

7.  Follow up on the production by daily meetings & audits,

8.  Daily LPA to ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity.

9.  Ensure timely Preventive Maintenance of equipments.

10. Daily/weekly/monthly report(s) preparation and reporting to ATS Manager/CFT.

11. Minimize the Process downtime.

12. Actively particpates, promotes and whenever required lead Continual improvement work for optimum use of resources,  waste reduction and increase productivity & morale of team.  

13. Tooling and Fixtures management, including spare(s).

14. Regular trainings to team to ensure safety and Production.

15. Problem solving and trouble shooting of production issues.

16. Active participation in APQP, Risk Assessments and PFMEA.

17. ATS Lean system implement to reach the benchmark compliance score targets and GP targets.

18. TPM implementation.

19. Should support in trials and sample preparations.

Requirements

1.       Good knowledge of Safety standards and regulations.

2.       Learning and positive/sincere attitude.

3.       Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Chemical)

4.       Production and manpower mamangement experience.

5.       Lean System’s Knowledge. Like 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Standard work etc.

6.       Good understand of the drawing.

7.       Good knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Risk Assessment, Change Management and Standard work.

8.Good level of english.

9.Complated military service for male candidates.
