QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Dinex Turkey is looking for a ‘Method Engineer / Industrial Engineer’ to be a superior representative his/her department who will be working in of a group of company’s Turkey location.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Industrial Engineering department,
• 1 or 2 years of experience required,
• Knowledge of manufacturing process technologies,
• Strong written and verbal English skills,
• Strong MS Office skills, also ERP-Oracle based program will be used,
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,
• Improved representing skills, strong leadership skills, analytic thinker, ambitious, highly self-motivated,
• Perfect problem-solving skills, cooperation and dealing with other functions in the company,
• Preferably living in Çorlu, Çerkezköy area or willing to relocate,
• Completed military service (for male candidates),
• Locally will be reporting to the Production & Engineering Manager.
İŞ TANIMI
• Maintaining all Master Data/BOM dimensions and hierarchies; monitor dimension hierarchy processing and applications within Data Management scope.
• Co-working with Finance, Operations, Development and other departments to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, SMED etc. applications,
• Take a responsibility to work for methods, ergonomics and similar,
• Preparing and analyzing process performance reports,
• Analyzing problems and create permanent solutions,
• Project management and take role / lead for implementation of new projects,
• Prepare process flow diagrams, engineering flow diagrams, equipment process specifications and process descriptions,
• Participating in continuous improvement and cost reduction works,
• Interact with other engineering disciplines and provide support engineering department’s development and construction stages of the projects,
• Perform process simulations and calculations.
