QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a highly motivated Financial Modeling and Valuation Manager for our HQ in Istanbul.
Job Description
• Will be in charge of preparing/assisting financial models and presentations for project/acquisition financing of existing/new projects and assets,
• Responsible for preparing/assisting and developing financial/business valuation models to evaluate projects and investments,
• Will be participating in the execution of structured finance and M&A transactions,
• Supporting senior management team in terms of preparation of local/international credit packages and export credit facility applications,
• Supporting all stakeholders in terms of debt and equity capital markets activity process by working with investment bankers, tax and legal counsels, and all applicable parties,
• Participating in due diligence & contract negotiations,
• Analyzing financial and operational data of a wide range of companies.
Qualifications
• Experience in financial analysis, a good understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and accounting, minimum3-5 years of experience in relevant areas, such as Financial Modelling and Valuation, Project Finance, M&A, Due Diligence, etc.,
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral,
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment,
• Teamwork and multi-task oriented with a focus on key details,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
