We are looking for a team member to be part of Volkswagen Passenger Cars Marketing Department. As Volkswagen Turkey, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing the brand?s social media appearance.

• Extroverted, dynamic, result and performance-oriented.
• Thrilled to be the owner of a Lovemark's social media channels.
• A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in agency management and multi-party project management.
• Proficiency in overseeing the creation of compelling content across various platforms.
• Strong awareness of the latest trends, upcoming features, and competitor activities.
• Demonstrated ability of effective copywriting.
• Adobe Photoshop or similar editing tool knowledge is a plus.
• Active use of Microsoft Office software.
• English at least upper-intermediate level.

• According to the brand's global and local marketing strategies, The Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist coordinates local agencies and content creators to establish high-performance social media communication, sees through short and long-term post plans to be prepared, and ensures high engagement rates by securing an effective organic and paid media performance.

• S/he organizes local photo and video shootings by working closely with the brand's social media agency, cast and styling agencies, and other partners or third parties for both the brand's official social media channels and owned content platforms such as Volkswagen Dealer TV.

• Leveraging the brand's socially devoted position through engagement, s/he secures fast, sincere, and personalized communication with the users in every channel.

• With a never-ending desire for self-improvement, s/he is motivated to take responsibility also for the brand's digital projects.
