QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, preferred Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
• Solid experience in RPA UiPath and project experience, solid experience at least two of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism products and project experience
• Creating Intelligent Robots by integrating RPA Technology with new generation technologies (Machine Learning, Image Recognition, Natural Language Processing, OCR, ChatBot)
• An initiative taking proactive approach, balanced with strong business acumen
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively in a diversified team; guiding and supporting project team members
• Good knowledge of programming principles, development skills in object orientated programming such as C#, VB .NET
• Strong ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce high quality deliverables
• Seeks opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results
• Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes
• Design, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements
• Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility
• Able to take ownership of a problem / solution and drive it through to completion
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and implementations
• Able to prioritise tasks in line with business objectives
