QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Il Riccio Bodrum, the new complex of Doğuş Tourism Group which has one restaurant with the menu of the Michelin starred Chef, 10 guest rooms with Aegean Sea views, unique Spa and Fitness center, Capritouch store and wooden pier. Il Riccio Beach House Bodrum is searcing for new team members for Human Resources Supervisor position who has qualifications below.

Il Riccio Beach House Bodrum is searcing for new team members for Human Resources Supervisor position who has qualifications below.
- Bachelor’s degree in preferably Social Science or related areas
- Experience in Hotel sector will be an asset
- At least 3 years work experience in Human Resources Roles
- Strong in MS Office Programmes
- Good command of English
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Co-operative, self-motivated, energetic, creative, analytic, hardworking and result oriented
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Executing all matters pertaining to personnel for hiring and exiting process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files
- Supporting HR procedure & process (recruitment, performance management, career planning, training)
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Preparing monthly and annual reports
- Compiling reports related to all HR processes
- Following up with work and residence permits of foreign employees
- Preparing reports related to İşkur and SGK
- Following up with employee health reports, vacation forms and overtime reports
- Supporting organization of all social events
Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
