Position Summary

We are seeking a professional crew member to serve guests on a 42-meter motor yacht, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. The role combines guest relations, service duties, and housekeeping support. Open to both male and female candidates.

Responsibilities

• Guest Relations:
  • Address guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Communicate politely, professionally, and with a positive attitude.
• Service Duties:
  • Assist with food and beverage service.
  • Support guests in their daily activities.
  • Ensure proper service arrangements during special events or meals.
• Housekeeping Support:
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness, order, and comfort.
  • Assist with ironing, laundry, and similar household tasks.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff when necessary.
• General Duties:
  • Contribute to the overall organization and upkeep of the yacht.
  • Work collaboratively with the crew and assist in various tasks when required.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours and dynamic schedules.

Qualifications

• Preferably experienced in yachting or hospitality industry.
• Background in guest relations and service.
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to hygiene and detail.
• Ability to adapt to flexible and demanding work schedules.
