Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Project Development Engineer" to be employed in our İzmir Plant with the following qualifications;

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering,
  
• At least 5 years of experience,
• Having logical and analytical thinking skills,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Able to travel without restrictions,
• Having a valid driver's license,
• Preferably residing in or able to reside in İzmir, Balıkesir, Denizli
• Able to work harmoniously and efficiently within a team,
  
• Having developed effective communication skills,
  
• Able to think analytically with a curious perspective,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.

Your Role

• Frame and align the project objectives with the project sponsor, stakeholders and team,
  
• Develop a well-defined scope of work and execution plan that meets business goals,
• Limit scope changes and manage scope changes within required governance,
• Prepares and reviews project scope statement, communication plan, change request management and other required supporting documents with related teams,
• Assists and leads plant's teams to be ready for commissioning and vertical start-up,
• Close the project after all related activities are done. Arrange project evaluation incl. lessons learned,
• Work in accordance to Döhler project management standards, guidelines, processes, methodologies and systems.
