Due to our growing plans, we are looking for a "Order Management Specialist" to be located in our Karaman Plant.

Your Role

• Selection of stocked products for the sales orders in accordance with the specifications requested by the customer and to inform the Customer Service Units,
• Giving a due date to the sales orders reported from the Customer Service and Business Unit,
• Providing the necessary coordination for the production of zero-stock products in accordance with the specifications that received from customers via Customer Service and Business Unit teams.
• Selection of product batches into the blending recipes to be produced in certain specifications and teoric calculations of rates of these batches,
• Making balance charts of products and evaluate stock, sales, forecasts and free stocks to balance raw materials and sales demands and to follow up the non-mover and slow mover stocks,
• Selection of the samples to be sent to the customers and following up the backwards,
• Giving a due date to orders reported from the Sales and Marketing unit,
• Participate in Corrective Actions,
• To assist in the preparation and implementation of documents related to Quality Assurance related to the unit,
• To comply with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental rules.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in especially Engineering,
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the industry,
• Must be experienced in HACCP, ISO and GMP applications,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Living or able to live in Karaman.
