• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer; Electronics; Biomedical) or related fields with a good understanding and working knowledge of IT infrastructure systems. Master degree in engineering considered an asset.
• Min. 8 years of product management and/or IT, IT project management experience, experience in the healthcare industry considered an asset

Job Description

• Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Monitoring & IT Modality Manager is responsible for the Patient Monitoring Product Lines as well as IT systems.
• Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with Head of Marketing; develop and implement demand generation programs and promotional campaigns to drive sales and deliver gross margin targets.
• Assess market needs and size; plan and execute new product introductions.
• Collaborate with management team to implement educational and product training programs.
• Facilitate in the technical discussions and provide project management support for the installation of IT System at customer sites.
• Conduct market intelligence activities.
• Conduct regular sales and market data analysis to highlight growth opportunities.
• Provide timely forecast information for the product lines.
• Develop and recommend pricing strategies.
• Support field activities for product presentations, evaluations, conversions, etc.
• Understand and analyze buying process, segmentation and targeting.
• Ensure internal administrative policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate and manage organization of local congresses and local workshops.
