Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the HCA & Service Modality Manager is responsible for the Hospital Consumables & Accessories Product Lines as well as Service Marketing.

·       Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with Head of Marketing; develop and implement demand generation programs and promotional campaigns to drive sales and deliver gross margin targets.

·       Assess market needs and size; plan and execute new product introductions.

·       Collaborate with management team to implement educational and product training programs.

·       Conduct market intelligence activities.

·       Conduct regular sales and market data analysis to highlight growth opportunities.

·       Provide timely forecast information for the product lines.

·       Develop and recommend pricing strategies.

·       Support field activities for product presentations, evaluations, conversions, etc.

·       Understand and analyze buying process, segmentation and targeting.

·       Ensure internal administrative policies and procedures are followed.

·       Coordinate and manage organization of local congresses and local workshops.
