We are looking for a Financial Controller to join the Supply Chain Control Department of Dürümle, one of Türkiye’s fastest-growing restaurant chains.

Founded in 2018 and becoming part of Mediterra Capital in 2021, one of Türkiye’s leading private equity investment funds, Dürümle has rapidly expanded its footprint and now operates more than 200 restaurants across 36 cities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 3–4 years of experience in an audit firm and preferably 2–3 years of experience in supply chain/cost control, cost accounting, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Ability to identify trends, variances, and root causes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions.
• Ability to support decision-making through data-driven analysis and a strong business mindset.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and continuous improvement-focused approach.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze product, production, logistics, and operational costs, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly cost closing activities and ensure the accuracy and reliability of cost accounting processes, controls, and reporting.
• Conduct cost control, profitability, and financial performance analyses to support business objectives and decision-making.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and operational teams to prepare monthly and annual performance reports covering key cost drivers and operational results.
• Support inventory counting, reconciliation, and valuation processes when required.
• Evaluate budgets, investments, productivity initiatives, and cost-saving projects from a financial perspective, and validate their impact on business performance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, provide recommendations, and contribute to action plans that improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare and deliver periodic financial and operational reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management.
