QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for a “Key Account Executive” to be employed in its Modern Channel Sales team. 

Job Description

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customers’ needs and requirements
  • Work in coordination with all relevant departments to ensure effective management of key customers
  • Define opportunities and challenges, set sales strategy accordingly.
  • Form win-win Joint-Business-Plans for each customer and manage annual contracts  
  • Manage insert, display activities, TPR applications and shelf / activity prices in order to achieve the monthly & annual sales and profit targets of appointed customers.
  • Analyze and report regularly results of actions taken, find alternatives if it is necessary. 
  • Taking central and key distribution orders, tracking order and shipment processes
  • Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Tracking, managing and reporting  on the inventory turnover and return processes
  • Ensure that newly launched products and current portfolio is listed in accordance with the channel strategy
  • Ensuring the management of the field teams for the coordination of the implementation of the action plans in the field
  • Field audit application 3S usage, monitoring and reporting of situation
  • Monitoring and reporting on new trends in competition and the market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities, (Business Administration, Economics etc.)
  • At least 8 years experience in account management,
  • Able to communicate with all levels of employees,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Team player with self-motivated personality,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Class B driving license,
  • Using MS Office programs effectively
