Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering),
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 45001 standards,
• Solid knowledge of national regulatory requirements and compliance processes,
• Strong research, planning, and auditing skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset,
• Comfortable working actively both in field operations and office environments,
• Residing in Istanbul or Kocaeli,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

Job Description

• Execute and monitor activities within the scope of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), deliver periodic training sessions, and ensure timely completion of legal reporting through all systems,
• Fulfill yearly certification processes,
• Ensure full compliance of Integrated Management Systems with applicable legal regulations and national legislation,
• Monitor and implement relevant internal regulations, standards, and procedures; report non-conformities and drive continuous performance improvement,
• Conduct annual risk and opportunity assessments, develop and follow up on action plans, and contribute to Management Review activities,
• Fulfill change management process, periodic reviews and procedure development activities,
• Take an active role in internal and external audit processes,
• Support operational quality processes and production control activities,
• Monitor performance indicators aligned with Global Sustainability targets and manage quarterly and annual data collection, validation, and reporting processes, including global frameworks.
