Qualifications

• Graduated from computer engineering faculties of universities,
• At least three years of experience in the field of information technologies,
• Enthusiastic about learning new things, open-minded and collaborative,
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication skills,
• Advanced level of windows opatating systems,Excellent presentation skills,

• Advanced level of SQL, antivirus programs,
• Knowledge of firewall configuration and cisco router ve switch configuration
• Experience of LAN, WAN installation and configuration,
• Experience of backup and log management systems,
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English,

Job Description

• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems experienced on all user PCs, servers, network devices, cabinets, video and audio conversation devices, switchboards and telephones, printers, scanners and other special devices in the office network.
• To fulfill the requirements of the Customer Satisfaction Management system,
• Troubleshooting all hardware and software problems, especially the management of servers such as SQL, Webserver, Process Server, Fileserver, Printserver, Inventory server, Quality management systems server located on the office side.
• Ensuring that the machines, PCs and servers related to IT on the production side are constantly running.
• Making one-to-one backups of all devices such as PCs, servers, switches and firewalls for business continuity and testing their operability.
• Troubleshooting, updating all computers and servers located on the production side (located on machines, data processing, key management, Entrust AI system, Matica SDK, UPP problems.
• Ensuring the installation, management and distribution of weekly updates of the antivirus server.
• Installation, management of the Windows update (WSUS) server and ensuring the distribution of updates.
• Performing the management of Backup and Log management and control systems.
• Receiving daily and monthly backups of server, Computer and firewall devices, sending, receiving logs and reporting received logs.
• Performing user management (Active Directory) on the production side.
• Ensuring the Visa, MasterCard and GSMSAS, Management Information security standards and policies.
• Taking image backups of all computers and servers on the production side on a monthly basis.
• Control of all hardware, software and support & license maintenance, making purchases, tracking maintenance support contracts, troubleshooting-tracking operations.
• Preparing the documentation; list, instruction, etc., updating and tracking of these documents.
• Operation of all IT systems related to production with data flow in accordance with the rules and without disruption.
• Directs them in accordance with the needs of users, provides training, analyzes the problems encountered and produces solutions.
• Actively participate in innovation and process improvement studies.
• To comply with the necessary safety, business continuity, quality, environment, occupational health and occupational safety regulations and procedures, to comply with waste management rules, emergency procedures, to use natural resources efficiently and to pay attention to occupational safety in accordance with the company policies during all activities carried out in the department.
