Project Engineer - Order Fulfillment

EagleBurgmann Turkey is looking for Project Engineer - Order Fulfillment to support our growing local and international business in the IP Department.

• University degree in Engineering (any mechanics disciplines is acceptable),
• At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position with machine elements preferably, service for rotating equipments,
• Experience in handling projects in an international environment, (knowledge of hydraulic sealing technology is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of English is essential,
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented,
• Residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli (Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca, Izmit).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Development of good customer relations based on orders,
• Commercial and technical order review with Technical Project Team and local sales organization,
• Entering project-relevant data and documents into databases and order monitoring in ERP system,
• Evaluation of customer comments/demands on the technical documents as drawings, BOM and any document which are subjected to customer review,
• Monitoring of approvals from our customers, clarification of changes during the course of the project with support from the specialist departments,
• Evaluation of specific industrial applications, managing projects, negotiations with design engineers and central divisions internationally,
• Providing required activity reports to management and customers,
• Correspondence with client and close cooperation with technical departments and subsidiaries,
• Deadline monitoring / provision of project plans / execution of customer acceptances,
• Monitoring of procurement, manufacturing, quality and delivery process with responsible departments,
• Technical support to customers before installation on site.
