EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Head of Quality to support our growing local and international business in Quality Department.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
• At least 8 years experience in a similar position,
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience,
• Knowledge of measurement systems,
• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes,
• Excellent knowledge of English is essential,
• Very good command of Microsoft Office Applications,
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment,
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, team-oriented,
• Ability to analyze and present data effectively,
• Problem analysis & solving experience,
• Understanding of cost and financial impacts,
• Active driver,
• No restriction to travel,
• Resident in Asian part of Istanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze/Çayırova/Darıca)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure the creation and revision of the processes needed for the quality management system and implementation along with ISO 9001 standard,
• Planning and managing the workflow in the Quality control processes,
• Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation,
• Managing Quality Control processes and inspection of production in various disciplines,
• Leading external and internal audits, reporting the results and tracking action plans, pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation,
• Manage the corrective and improvement action plans to improve overall standards, EB and ISO compliance and Quality results,
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers,
• Working with other departments to establish quality requirements for external and internal needs,
• Updating and monitoring of the Risk Assessments in terms of quality,
• Supervising quality control team in carrying out tests and checks,
• Planning external and internal quality trainings,
• Developing Quality budget,
• Reporting to Quality Manager.
