Quality and HSE Engineer

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Quality and HSE Engineer to support our growing local and international business in Quality and HSE Department. 

• University degree in mechanical and ındustrial engineering
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar position
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and HSE processes
• Has a "B or C certification" in H&S
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonel skills, ability to work co-operatively in a multidisciplinary environment
• No restriction to travel
• Non-smoker (preferable)
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Resident in Asian part of İstanbul or Kocaeli/Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca

İŞ TANIMI

• Maintain the ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 management system within the company and service centers.
• Organizing meeting with related departments in terms of Quality&HSE.
• Organizing the QHSE training programmes.
• Participate in the QHSE audits and inspection programmes within the company and service centers.
• Preparation of Management Review meetings and internal audits.
• Monitor toolbox talks and periodically attend safety meetings.
• Prepare and submit weekly & monthly QHSE reports on all aspects to the QHSE manager.
• Initiate and coordinate the investigation team in establishing the root cause of any incident, as necessary, and to ensure that corrective and preventive actions have been established and implemented.
• Ensure the QHSE management system in line with the requirements of customer, statutory, regulatory and corporate QHSE.
• Conduct gap analysis on compliance obligations pertaining to QHSE and report to QHSE Manager.
• Managing risks and opportunities for the QHSE fields.
• Taking active role in promoting a QHSE culture among employees; improve employee participation on QHSE management.
• Managing and reporting incidents and non-conformities by effective investigation and corrective action planning.
• Participate in Machine Safety checks according to EB HSE checklists
• Organizing HSE Committee meetings and monitoring the actions.
• Advise on the practical implementation of EB HSE standards. Ensure the practical implementation of the measures contained in all sites and service centers.
