THE ROLE

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with at least 3-5 years’ experience looking for the next step. We are looking for someone to join our office and work with our dynamic, motivated, vibrant team of highly skilled engineers who are passionate about customer service, quality, and innovation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•       Degree in Mechanical Engineering Required.
•       Minimum 3 years Mechanical Design experience.
•       Proficient user of the following:
•       Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.) and AutoCAD
•       Knowledge of CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS and EN Standards

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

•       Competent in the design and specification of mechanical building services in a variety of industries and project types, sizes, and complexity.
•       Experience of delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.
•       Strong knowledge of MEP, including HVAC design.
•       Expert knowledge and experience in the following Mechanical design areas: Water  Services, Heating / LTHW, HVAC, Fuel, above-ground drainage and BMS.
•       Detailed understanding of specific building services design tools, such as IES.
•       Knowledge of CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS and EN Standards.
•       Excellent project management, problem solving, presentation, communication, and IT skills essential.
