• University graduation
• Minimum 5 years of team leading experience in similar organisation (call center for collection,etc),
• Experienced in call center technology
• Advanced planning and reporting capabilities, 
• Master of MS Office programs,
• Enthusiastic to develop himself and his team, goal-oriented, 
• Keep the team's motivation and energy at the highest level
• Strong communication, customer focused

Job Description of Position

•  Monthly collection targets and daily-monthly-person follow-up
•  Organizing and managing the inbound –outbound platform to achieve the company's objectives
•  Sharing the reports of the team's performance and target success with management

•  To regularly communicate with and manage employees to improve business knowledge and skills and departmental processes

• Organizing the determination of departmental KPI values 

•  Realization of KPI values, monitoring the development process and monitoring and reporting daily monthly weekly

•  To ensure that e-mail and call contents are reviewed and reported regularly every month. Listening to calls

• To ensure maximum customer satisfaction
