Qualifications

·Bachelor degree from a reputable university 

·Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience

·Experience in developing customized algorithms, segmented campaigns, sales arguments and sales strategy for related departmants in sales

·Strong communication skills with other functions, departments and third parties

·Excellent organization, planning of time and budget management skills

·Excellent command of English

·Completed military service for male candidates

Job Description

·Manage the appropriate communication strategy for different segments with multiple channels,

·Execute, coordinate and support of all the ATL & BTL communication functions involving print, digital channels ( e-mail, sms, push notification etc),  company web site, broadcast, advertising public relations, social media sales promotion management,

·Prepare agency and 3rd party briefs to deliver marketing goals,

·Manage 3rd party and provide effective supplier relationship for responsible brand(s),

·Supports & follows creation/execution of various engagement tools including events, online and offline community management projects for responsible brand(s),

·Work in coordination with field sales, digital marketing and trade marketing teams and any other relevant parties for the implementation of annual incentive plans, creation and coordination of communication materials,

·Monitors and analyzes market data and all available sales figures and takes required actions accordingly,

·Gains consumer insight by performing required research projects and translates them into business objectives,

·Helps to develop & execute communication platforms with the unique communication strategies driven by the target consumers and communicating these to the target consumers based on key brand and marketing strategies,

·Manage all external agencies to ensure optimum performance and cost effectiveness,

·Devise reporting tools in order to ensure effective follow up, analysis and reporting of impact of direct marketing activities on sales,

·Create effective sales tools (sales materials, presentations, etc.) to support sales teams, as well as ensure regular update.
