International Sales Engineer

At Risus Machines we have been carrying out the design, manufacturing, and export processes of specialized machinery for shading systems since 1989. With our industry-leading designs we produce machinery in high standards primarily for the European market. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Sales Engineer to join our team, connect our innovative technologies with global customers, and strongly represent our brand in international markets.

Key Qualifications

• Strong social and communication skills
• Dynamic and proactive work discipline 
• Proven ability to build effective networks in international markets and develop long-term, trust-based customer relationships
• Easily translate technical requirements into commercial solutions and drive negotiation processes
• Excellent command of written and spoken English 
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering
• Keen interest in industrial manufacturing technologies
• At least 3 years of global experience in sales
• Eligible for Schengen visa applications
• Valid Class B driver's license 
• Currently residing or willing to reside in Izmir
• Available for international travel 
• Previous experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential customers in target international markets, creating new business opportunities, and expanding the customer portfolio
• Visiting customer production facilities to present Risus Machines' machinery and engineering solutions
• Analyzing customers' technical requirements and processes to recommend optimal machine and system configurations
• Representing the company at domestic and international industry trade fairs while closely monitoring market dynamics
• Ensuring post-sales customer satisfaction tracking and acting as a primary bridge between the customer and the technical team
