Process Control Specialist
About Job
We are seeking a Process Control Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing sector. This role is ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Repsonsible for
- Conduct root cause analyses for process deviations, quality issues, and equipment performance problems.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and support operators and production personnel on process control requirements and best practices.
- Participate in audits and contribute to maintaining compliance with ISO and other relevant management systems.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and process requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, scrap reduction, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel regarding process control methodologies.
- Ensure that all process engineering activities comply with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and contribute to achieving quality objectives through process effectiveness and continual improvement.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards is preferred.
- Suitable for recent graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP is preferred.
- Upper-intermediate level of English is preferred, with a willingness to continuously improve language skills.
- Strong analytical, observant, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
