Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles.
• 5 -7 years of experience in project management, implementation, and site operations.
• Hands-on experience in electrical design and site works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of DIALux and Revit is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and third parties.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid Class B driver’s license with active driving experience.

Job Description

• Prepare and manage all necessary project documentation, including comprehensive electrical design drawings, calculations, analyses, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and industry standards.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
• Perform electrical design tasks using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
• Select electrical equipment by analyzing connection and operational principles of power plants and electrical systems.
• Evaluate suppliers' technical proposals and prepare technical bid evaluation reports in accordance with project needs.
• Review and approve manufacturers' technical documents, including drawings, calculations, and datasheets.
• Prepare Electrical MTOs, including specifications for electrical equipment and accessories such as cables, transformers, and switchgear.
• Develop detailed design drawings, including electrical distribution layout plans for on-site construction teams and electrical load calculations for various facilities.
• Maintain regular communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives while providing progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, ensuring effective coordination and interdisciplinary document reviews.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the Site Team and vendors, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
• Undertake short-term domestic and international travel for electrical installation supervision and on-site coordination.
