You will join our Import Operations Team and will be responsible for optimizing and managing the import process for worldwide trades respecting on-time availability at the best costs.

• Has a Bachelor's Degree from related international trade, business management, etc. departments
• Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Has had 3 years of previous experience in global trade, logistics, importation business or international transportation
• Has a strong sense of organization, priority management
• Is good at data analysis and able to use ERP Systems
• Is proactive, practical and challenge oriented
• Has team spirit and likes to play within a worldwide network
• Has excellent communication skills

What are your responsibilities?

• Manage orders and international transport operations
• Forecast, organize and debrief the import & export activity
• Ensure the procurement of product is correct in quantity and quality, the procurement terms and conditions as agreed with
• Follow up customs clearance administrative procedures in the customs zone of origin
• Follow up and ensure all required documents and permits for shipping purposes
• Supervise forwarders daily performance and cost. Control and monitor system interfaces with forwarders and supervise
• Manage and measure the performance of the logistics service providers
• Guarantee the local charges of purchase and sales prices
• Give technical advice to the management and suggest new actions to improve economic performance
• Manage import zones and local export
• Prepare & follow up on monthly KPIs
